Beulah Acres

“You shall no longer be termed forsaken, Nor shall your land any more be termed desolate; But you shall be called Hephzibah, and your land Beulah; For the Lord delights in you, And your land shall be married.”

Isaiah 62:4

The property just south of the main Global Spheres Center campus is what we call Beulah Acres. This area consists of approximately 18 acres of land and includes the Israel Prayer Garden, Solomon’s Porch, Beulah Acres Center, Beulah Acres Community Garden, Beulah Acres Agroforest, and Beulah Barnyard.

Here we focus on biblical, sustainable agricultural and horticultural practices as we endeavor to steward the land God gave us. We teach and train adults and children gardening and a variety of artistic disciplines.

The Barnyard is an area southeast of the Garden which houses our farm animals. Most of our animals were gifts from those who share our love of animals, while others were offspring of the feathered and fluffy occupants of the Barnyard!

Beulah Acres Center (BAC) is a creative learning center operating in conjunction with the Israel Prayer Garden and Global Spheres Center in Corinth, Texas. Our goal is to provide a venue for people in the church and the community in which we live to explore, discover, and pursue their creative interests and talents.

Based on Permaculture Practices, and a little over one year of development, we were able to understand the land and start the restoration process at the Beulah Acres Agroforest Area. We see plants and wildlife cooperating with each other, taking something away to give something back to the ecosystem, resulting in a full cycle of life.

Strengthen Your Green Thumb in the Community Garden

The Community Garden consists of 44 raised bed plots, maintained by individual gardeners who grow organic produce year-round. We believe that anyone can reconnect with the land, learn from it, and experience success while growing nutritious food. If you are interested in having a plot with us, please email agroforest@beulahacres.org to on availability.

Interested in Volunteering?

We want to honor the Creator by stewarding His creation, under His plans and design strategies! One activity that we are proud of is to have designated Volunteer Days, where people can come to help, learn, and participate in the development process of this area.
