Asher is the tribe associated with the Hebrew month Shevat. To represent the sustenance that Asher’s land provided, we have many fruit and nut-producing plants including olive, plum, peach, almond, fig and pomegranate trees. Another feature in Asher is the waterpot, which represents both the role water plays in giving life and producing food, as well as the constellation associated with Asher – Aquarius, the water bearer.
