Zebulun is the tribe associated with the Hebrew month Sivan. This tribe had the ability to profit through maritime trade. Zebulun would go out to sea and bring back provision and treasure so that Issachar could stay in the tent to study and get direction. Because of this, in the Garden, a boat was needed!
